Who is eligible to use Foresters Go<\/strong>?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Foresters members across the UK, US and Canada who are 18 years or older can download and use Foresters Go\u00a0today. You are a Foresters member if you hold a Plan with Foresters. Plan holders aged 18 and above are full voting members of Foresters and are able to access a range of member benefits.<\/p>\n

How can I earn points?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once you\u2019ve signed up, earning Rewards Points is simple, fun and good for you! There are five ways to rack up points:<\/p>\n

  1. Tracking activities<\/strong>. You can track physical activities like your steps, running, cycling, swimming and yoga; but you can also track your sleep, mental well-being and mindfulness.<\/li>\n
  2. Making a difference<\/strong>. Complete a Foresters Care grant<\/a>, host a Community Volunteer activity<\/a>), lead by example as a coach or teacher or change our planet\u2019s future by making a positive impact on the environment.<\/li>\n
  3. Participating in challenges<\/strong>. Compete and chat with other members as you participate in photo challenges, activity challenges and nutrition quizzes.<\/li>\n
  4. Engaging with the app<\/strong>. Set your activity, nutrition and well-being goals; answer questions related to your lifestyle and get personalised coaching.<\/li>\n
  5. Completing the Wheel of Life<\/strong>. Earn up to \u00a320 in Rewards Points when you register and complete the Wheel of Life.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
