The reality is that staying resilient in the face of economic uncertainty is critical for everyone these days. Reach out to the people in your network who might be able to help you find the perfect position, actively search for new roles and opportunities, contact potential employers and research the companies you\u2019re interested in and the jobs you\u2019d like to have so you\u2019re always prepared to jump on any opportunities that come your way.<\/p>\n

Look after yourself<\/strong><\/p>\n

Even good change can feel difficult, so make sure that you\u2019re taking time to look after your physical and mental well-being during times of uncertainty and transition. Don\u2019t put off necessary medical appointments, stay active to help manage your stress and physical health, eat healthy meals and get the rest your mind and body crave.
