As a Branch Councillor, Kathy H, from Saskatchewan, knows how valuable connecting with other members can be. Kathy used a Foresters Moments grant to treat Foresters members to a day of craft, creativity and fun at a pottery studio.
She said, “Thanks to Foresters Financial, Foresters members and their families enjoyed an afternoon painting pumpkin plates. It was so nice to see so many new faces.”
Deb Z, from Pennsylvania, made a splash with her Foresters Moments grant. She helped Foresters families come together for an action-packed day at an indoor water park resort.

Liz B is a member from Cardiff, UK. She took part in a Foresters Moments activity hosted by Grace A at Rhondda Heritage Park.

Host a Foresters Moments activity
Feeling inspired? You can plan your own Foresters Moments activity too! Here’s how to get started:
- Log in to your MyForesters account
- Click on Grants > Foresters Moments grant
- Click Get started
- Choose Foresters Moments grant and apply now
As a host of a Foresters Moments activity, you automatically qualify to get four tickets for the activity. Check out these application examples for some ideas if you’re still not sure what type of activity to host. Popular activities have included:
- Bowling and arcade
- A day at the movies
- Pottery or art classes
Join a Foresters Moments activity near you
If you’re not ready to host an activity yourself but still want to be part of the fun you can join an activity near you! This is your chance to enjoy yourself, connect with other members and see what a Foresters Moment grant is all about.
To join an activity, all you need to do is:
- Log in to MyForesters
- Click on Grants > Member activities
- Click Find an Activity
- Browse new opportunities or search for any grant activity you like
Use the filter to tailor your search by location, distance and virtual activities. You can also only search for activities with open spots so you’re not disappointed.
